How does LOHV-NYC decide who to endorse?

In order to qualify for our endorsement, candidates must complete a written questionnaire to let us know where they stand on the issues -- you can download completed questionnaires above -- and interview with our Director and members of our Executive Committee.  After this, our Board then votes on who to endorse based on several different factors.

In addition to voting, how can I help?

The candidates need our help with a variety of tasks -- including door-knocking, dear neighbor letters, phone banking, leafletting, etc.  For more information or to volunteer for any of the candidates, contact LOHV-NYC at (212) 889-0303 or email us here.
